Listen, let's be honest...life will humble you. Sometimes it feels like one storm after another: grief, betrayal, burnout, anxiety, broken boundaries, financial stress, relationship drama... and suddenly, the version of you who was once confident and clear feels like a distant memory. If you’ve been feeling lost, unsure, or disconnected from your power, I want you to know this:
Confidence is about presence. It’s knowing who you are, what you value, and being able to show up as that version of you. And yes, even if you’re still healing. Not quite sure how to rebuild the confidence that you make you that girl/guy? Here’s how to start rebuilding that confidence, one step at a time:
1. Reclaim Your Voice
Sometimes life (and people) convince us to stay quiet. They don't want you to rock the boat, don't set boundaries, don't ask for too much. But healing your confidence means learning to trust your voice again.
Try this: Write a “letter to yourself” from your most confident future self.
2. Redefine Strength
Strength isn’t always pushing through. Sometimes it’s pausing. Sometimes it’s asking for help. What is the strongest thing you can do this month? Rest, reset, and realign with what matters.
Journal prompt: Where am I forcing myself to show up in ways that no longer align with who I am becoming?
3. Surround Yourself with Mirrors, Not Critics
Healing your confidence is easier when you’re surrounded by people who reflect your light back to you, not just your struggles.
Find your mirror tribe. If you don’t have one, be one. And of course, you can always start with finding a therapist!
Final Word: You may not be where you want to be yet, but you’re on the way. As always I'm rooting for you!
Let June be your reminder: You are still worthy. You are still becoming. And yes, you’ve still got it.
